Facing south, without joint ownership, on a large plot, without vis-à-vis, at the end of a dead end, it is located in a quiet environment and 10 minutes walk from the shopping center and the beach.
Double glazed aluminum windows in the living room and aluminum windows with roller shutters and screens in the upstairs bedrooms.
