Guyane 2, situated in a completely quiet cul-de-sac, is equipped with: 3 bedrooms (the third bedroom is accessed via the terrace), a fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine, a kitchen area with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, espresso machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and various kitchen utensils – everything you could possibly need. Living area with a wood-burning stove and a well-maintained seating area, 32-inch Smart TV / satellite TV with Astra and Eutelsat reception (German, French and English TV and radio channels). Bedroom 1 with a French double bed (1.40 x 2.00). Bedroom 2 with a French double bed (1.40 x 1.90). Bedroom 3, accessible via the terrace, with 1 bunk bed and a pull-out bed (1.50 x 1.90). Bedrooms 1 and 2 are fitted with roll-up mosquito screens; bedroom 3 and the bathroom have fixed mosquito screens. The south-facing 45 sqm terrace and the park-like garden invite you to enjoy carefree hours in the sun from breakfast until late afternoon, under two large parasols and in the natural shade. There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower, a carport, a storage shed with an additional fridge, a bicycle shelter and a small glass-roofed terrace at the front of the house. You can cook outdoors under cover using a large electric grill pan. Firewood for the wood-burning stove is provided. Fibre-optic broadband is also available.

Come and stay in a spacious, well-equipped house on Canada 3 Avenue in North America. This chalet has four bedrooms and all the comforts you need for a peaceful stay.
Inside, there is one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and another with two 90 x 200 cm single beds. A third bedroom is also available, featuring a pull-out bed and a desk. This room also has access from outside and opens directly onto the beautiful new terrace.
In the fourth bedroom, which is accessed only from outside, you will find a 140 x 200 cm double bed and a separate toilet.
As it is currently being renovated, additional photos and bed sizes will be provided at a later date.
