Cosy and well-equipped Aquitaine in the village of South America, a pleasant short distance of only 500 m from the main beach and the shops and restaurants in the centre. The holiday home has been completely modernised both inside and out. Woodwork and terrace renovation have been carried out on the outside, and the interior has been completely repainted, the kitchen renovated and the beds, including mattresses, replaced. In addition, three air conditioning units have been installed for heating in the colder early season and cooling in the high season, quickly ensuring the right temperature for your comfort.
One bedroom has a double bed (160x200), the other bedroom has two single beds (90x200). Each room has a wardrobe and a clothes rail. The kitchen was modernised in 02/2026. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, sink, ceramic hob, extractor hood, convection oven and a new refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment. Also available are a microwave, three coffee machines, kettle, mixer, hand blender, kitchen scales and toaster.
The approx. 40 m² terrace faces south-southwest, is partially covered and has a windbreak. A combined living and dining area offers a dining table for 4 people, which can be extended if required (5th chair available). There are cupboards for storing food. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a large coffee table and two new swing chairs. The television is a SMART TV and receives an extensive selection of German, French and English channels, among others. All windows are equipped with fly screens, as is the front door. The bathroom has a separate shower/WC and washbasin. There is an outdoor shower enclosed on three sides with hot and cold water, which can be used all year round. This is very convenient, especially after a visit to the beach. Free WiFi is provided by local provider IRIS (fibre optic quality).
