2 large terraces, in front and behind the chalet, which are shaded or sunny depending on the time of day. Both terraces are fully fenced to ensure maximum comfort with dogs. The chalet has a functional, very bright and well-kept interior, TV, optic fiber, open kitchen with all amenities. Night side: a large bedroom with king size bed 200x200cm, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200cm. The third bedroom is attached to the chalet and can only be reached via the terrace. It has air conditioning and a 180x200cm bed. Access to the mezzanine floor is strictly prohibited.
The chalet has a newly renovated bathroom. Of course there is a hot and cold outdoor shower. A small open shed offers space for bicycles or surfboards.

Nice fully equipped chalet, very well maintained, designed for a family of 6 people with 1 adult bedroom on the ground floor, 4 beds on the floor and a new sofa bed. 1 double bed 140x190, 4 single beds 90x190.
Equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, hob, fridge with freezer, TV (satellite Astra), 3 radiators and a hot outdoor shower.
Facing south, without joint ownership, on a large plot, without vis-à-vis, at the end of a dead end, it is located in a quiet environment and 10 minutes walk from the shopping center and the beach.
