This neat summer cottage is very well taken care of by its owners. You will love the calm plot, the huge sun deck and the view on the pine forest. Close to the shopping facilities and the beach. Little laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. Please notice that Martinique 3 is only for 2 persons. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2023, and the terrace in 2024. 1 double bed 140x200. Optic fiber.

This holiday home is located in the village of Amérique du Sud, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac; the beach can be reached in 8 minutes through the forest, and the centre of Euronat in 5 minutes via Avenue Brésil.
Rio 5 is fully equipped for 4 people and has a sunny south-facing terrace of 60 m², which can be shaded by an 18 m² pergola. The winter garden, which can be fully enclosed if required, has a surface area of 15 m². In addition to garden furniture (3-seater, armchair, stool and table), there are 4 deckchairs with cushions. A carport protects your car from the pine resin.
The living and working area is 65 m² and comprises a lounge and dining room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Bedroom 1 has a 200cm x 160cm double bed and bedroom 2 has a 190cm x 140cm double bed. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a washing machine.
The house is heated by a wood-burning stove with glass door. Additional electric radiators are also available in the bedroom and bathroom.
