Designed to comfortably accommodate 4 adults (maximum 6 people), this property offers three well-appointed bedrooms. Nice fully equipped chalet, very well maintained, designed for a family of 6 people with 1 adult bedroom on the ground floor, 4 beds on the floor (2 dormitory-style rooms) and a new sofa bed. 1 double bed 140x190, 4 single beds 90x190.
Equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, hob, fridge with freezer, TV (satellite Astra), 3 radiators and a hot outdoor shower.
Facing south, without joint ownership, on a large plot, without vis-à-vis, at the end of a dead end, it is located in a quiet environment and 10 minutes walk from the shopping center and the beach.
