This Landaise-2 style house, recently refurbished to a high standard, is not only charming thanks to the refreshed garden. It is very well equipped, well maintained and very popular.
The chalet has a covered south/west-facing terrace with a cosy corner lounge. There is also an uncovered part of the terrace with a dining area under a parasol. A second group of seats can be placed at your convenience. Perhaps on the lawn or on the lovely sunny morning terrace.
On the very sunny, but also shady, site, you can enjoy the days to the rhythm of the sun. Thanks to the surrounding hedge, you're practically sheltered from the wind. The garden was redesigned in 2025, and is much brighter and more spacious. An outdoor hot/cold shower and an electric Weber barbecue are available. The garden is protected by a light fence, which also ensures the safety of dogs. Dogs are welcome.
The chalet is ideally located, very close to the south and main beaches and the village. There is a pedestrian path from boulevard Centrafrique and main access from avenue Tunisie.
Enjoy this charming, bright holiday home. The kitchen is practical and very well equipped. A second fridge is available in the annexe. The attractive living/dining room invites you to spend a pleasant moment. A stereo system and a TV with German, French and English programmes, books and games are available. The modern bathroom has underfloor heating during the cold season. Infrared heating panels have been installed in all rooms except the twin bedroom, where there is a radiator. These provide pleasant warmth when temperatures are cool. There is also a wood-burning stove. Inside, there is a cordless hoover. Free Wifi via local provider Iris. This provides a very fast Internet connection. In the annex, sun loungers with cushions, hammocks, bodybords, pétanque balls, badminton rackets, an ironing board and iron ... are at your disposal.
