Acquired by new owners, the URSS 10 Est studio is back on the rental market this year after undergoing a major refurbishment.
Inside, new flooring, new double-glazed PVC window frames and a new bathroom have been installed.
Thanks to its reversible air conditioning, URSS 10 Est welcomes you in all weathers. You can even work remotely in comfort thanks to its fibre optic internet connection.
A sleeping area with a 140x200 double bed has been added, separated from the living area by a blackout curtain, and mosquito nets on the doors and windows will ensure you enjoy a good night's sleep, protected from mosquitoes!
Outside, the plot has been nicely cleared so that you can make the most of the space. The terrace has been enlarged, and you can now choose to sit in the shade or in the sun, depending on your preferences and the exposure. A hot and cold outdoor shower completes the terrace.
You and your four-legged friends are welcome to come and enjoy a lovely naturist holiday in this studio. See you soon!
