Top-quality holiday home: Semi-detached house (Périgord type) renovated a few years ago, extended to 40 m² and furnished to a high standard - in the village of Africa, which extends to the dunes, in the sparse pine forest and is maintained like a park.
Large living room with false ceiling and gable window; continuous wooden floor, fully equipped fitted kitchen with three-burner induction hob and oven, coffee machines (Pad, Bodum, Espresso, filter). One larger and one smaller bedroom; enlarged bathroom with shower area, toilet and slightly divided washbasin. Terrace with well-maintained natural wood floor extended to 25 m², outdoor hot shower, wooden garden furniture.
Access to the house is via the door to the small sheepfold at the rear of the house.
